These terms govern your use of this website. They are short because this website does no more than describe a product and let you get in touch about it.
1. Who provides this website
This website is provided by TEWRIS DIGITAL ENGINEERING - FZCO, a free zone company registered in the United Arab Emirates under trade licence number 86380, issued by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, with its registered office at IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (hello@tewris.io).
2. No offer and no sale
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, a price quotation, or a binding commitment of any kind. Tewris Voice is currently made available to organisations by separate written arrangement. Any such arrangement is governed by its own terms, agreed in writing, which prevail over anything stated here.
3. What the product does, and what it does not promise
Descriptions on this website explain intended behaviour in normal conditions. Speech recognition is probabilistic: it produces a best interpretation of what was said, and it can be wrong. Do not rely on dictated text without reading it, particularly where accuracy carries legal, medical, financial or safety consequences.
4. Intellectual property
The Tewris and Tewris Voice names, the software, and the content of this website belong to us or to our licensors. You may read, quote and link to this website normally. You may not present our material as your own, or use our names or marks in a way that suggests an association we have not agreed to.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt this website, gain access to parts of it that are not public, or use it to distribute anything unlawful. That is the whole of it.
6. Availability
This website is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here, save that nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them. If you deal with us as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your own country of residence.
8. Changes
A revised version of these terms appears at this address with a new effective date and applies from that date onwards.
